Some Google AdSense November payments are delayed and still pending

Some Google AdSense publishers and some YouTube creators find that they have not been paid by Google in November yet. Google publishes a notice stating that it is working on payments but that there is currently a delay. Google has posted reviews in the AdSense and YouTube help areas. They read:

Some November payments are still pending

Some of you may have noticed that your November payment is still marked as "pending". Rest assured that we are working hard to make your payment as quickly as possible. No further action is required from you, and it is not necessary to contact us about your November payment. As soon as the problem is resolved, the status of your November payment is updated.

AdSense payments temporarily delayed

Since November 22, the payment of your AdSense payments for the month of October may be delayed. This is for some creators in the YouTube Partner Program. We are aware of this problem and are working to solve it. You can check here for updates on the progress of the fix.

I have personally been paid and I am both an AdSense publisher and a YouTube creator.

However, the Google AdSense Help Forums and the WebmasterWorld forums elicit many complaints.
