Tanzania: Amber Rutty finally released

Pastor Daudi Mashimo appeared yesterday in front of the Kisutu resident magistrate's court in Dar es Salaam to bail out Video Vixen Rutfia Abubakari, aka Amber Rutty, and his alleged concubine, Said Matopari, aka Davil, who face four offenses related to pornography.

The two men, charged with an unnatural offense and having published or published a pornographic video via a computer system alongside James Mpali, aka James Delicious, have been in custody since being indicted on November 2, 2018.

The magistrate resident Augustine Rwizile, who hears the case, had released them on bail at the signing of a bond of 15 million euros – with two reliable bonds, to which the bond was also requested.

The magistrate ordered each surety to present to the court an identification letter and a national identity card. Each accused was also ordered to go to court travel documents, if any. Only Delicious fulfilled the conditions, forcing Amber Rutty and Devil to remand.

A good deal was made yesterday after a long struggle to get bonds. Pastor Mashimo, aka Komandoo wa Yesu, from the Emmaus Mbezi Luis Bible Church, went to save the day with three other people, Salma Omary, Hashim Mohamed and Francis Chacha, who volunteered . bail out the accused.

Immediately after the adjournment of the work until December 10, 2018, the "Man of God" brandished Amber Rutty and was eager to leave the court premises to visit a unknown place. Earlier, the prosecution had informed the court that she was still investigating the case.

The lawsuit alleges that around October 25, 2018, in the city, Amber Rutty would have allowed Mtopari to have a carnal knowledge of her against the order of nature.
