Tanzania: How locals lose foreign olayers in megaprojects

. Ninatubu Lema, explains that locals are only involved to a small extent in the construction industry, the bulk of which goes to foreign builders.

In an exclusive interview with The Citizen, Prof. Lema was of the opinion that the locals could do wonders. they are properly promoted.
