Commission investigating murders in Harare
The Motlanthe Commission has concluded its public hearings and is now withdrawing to analyze the evidence presented to it.
The period of 3 months to publish its conclusions expires on December 15.

PRESS STATEMENT
COMMISSION OF INQUIRY ON VIOLENCE AFTER ELECTIONwhich took place in Harare on August 1 of this year, concluded today its process of collecting oral evidence during public hearings.
Testimonies, most of which were broadcast live on the ZBC television channel and on the social media platform, were heard by different people and organizations in Harare, Bulawayo, Gweru and Mutare.
The Commission also received written evidence as well as audio and video material, some of which was provided by international broadcasters as a result of an appeal lodged by the intermediary of the Ministry of Telecommunications Services. information, media and broadcasting.
The Commission is collecting and analyzing all the information gathered and has already begun to compile its final report and recommendations for presentation to His Excellency President Emrnerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa.
