Microsoft continues to roll out new Windows 10 19H1 test releases with the current version 18290 for fast ring testers. There are still no new major features in 19H1, but the latest test version adds more adjustments and polishing to the UI, as well as many fixes.

As part of the build today, Microsoft adds an orange flag to the Windows Update icon in the notification area (System Attempt), intended to alert users when they are logged in. need a restart. There is also an updated landing page for Search, which is part of Microsoft's ongoing campaign to separate and enhance Search and Cortana interactions in Windows 10.
Microsoft has added icons for the Power and User menus to its start screen with this release as part of its Fluent design push. There is a new option in the Date and Time settings for manually synchronizing the clock of a PC with the time server. Microsoft has also added to the new microphone icon the ability to see which application is using the microphone of a PC.
Microsoft has also added the ability to go directly to Microsoft To-Do in the Windows 10 integrated messaging and calendaring application with the current version.
Microsoft officials today remind Insider's testers that Insider's preview versions are bombarded. Insiders in the Fast and Slow Rings must be on the latest versions offered at these rings in order to avoid hitting the ticking time bomb. For rapid ring testers, the time bomb is set for December 14th. The slow ring testers must be on version 17763 (final version of the October 2018 update) to avoid hitting the time bomb. Those using the ISO for the 18272 build should be on the 18290 version.

If Microsoft is sticking to its current schedule, Windows 10 19H1 will probably be launched to mainstream users around April 2019.
