Robert Saleh continues to round out his squad in his early days as head coach of the Jets.
According to NFL Network’s Peter Schrager, Saleh hires Taylor Embree to coach the New York running backs and Miles Austin for the team. wide receivers coach.
Embree performed her varsity ball at UCLA before becoming a coach. He spent 2017-19 with the 49ers as an offensive quality control coach before heading to Colorado to coach tight ends in 2020.
Austin also coached with Saleh in San Francisco, spending the 2019 season with the team as an offensive quality control coach. Austin caught 361 passes for 5,273 yards with 37 touchdowns during his 10-year professional career. He spent his first eight seasons with the Cowboys.
