She rides on the success of her latest album, Folklore, which received six Grammy nominations on Tuesday.

And Taylor Swift confirmed what many fans had already assumed by revealing boyfriend Joe Alwyn co-wrote a few songs from his melodic catalog.

While discussing the song Exile in her new film dedicated to the creation of the album, the 30-year-old singer casually admitted that Joe was the person behind the William Bowery pseudonym.

“So William Bowery is Joe, as we know,” she said of her nearly four-year-old boyfriend.

“Joe plays the piano beautifully,” she added. “He’s just playing around and inventing things and sort of creating things. Joe had written this whole piano part.

Taylor has long been a fan of nicknames and wrote Nils Sjöberg on Calvin Harris’ song This Is What You Came For.

Swift, with a glass of red wine in hand, celebrated Tuesday winning six Grammy nods with her tight-knit team of collaborators via Skype and FaceTime.

“ Ask us how our days have been, ” captioned the singer-songwriter, 30, who shared a photo of the remote hangout with his 140 million subscribers.

Swift was joined via computer and iPhone by Jack Antonoff, Jonathan Low and Aaron Dessner of the National.

The trio helped Taylor create their eighth studio album, which was released exactly four months ago on July 24.

The album is in the running for Album of the Year and Best Vocal Pop Album, while lead singer Mean, Cardigan was nominated for Song of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance.

Taylor was also honored in the Best Pop Duo / Group Performance for her team with Bon Iver on the moody and breakup track Exile.

According to the Recording Academy, Swift is “ one of only two female solo artists, along with Adele, to win Album of the Year twice for her solo recordings. ”

The Pennsylvania native received the Album of the Year award for her second album Fearless in 2010 and for her first official pop album in 1989 at the 2015 awards ceremony.

The Grammy Awards will air on CBS on January 31, 2021, from Staples Center in Los Angeles. Daily Show host Trevor Noah has been announced as host of the show.

Currently, the Recording Academy is planning several production options, which vary depending on the situation of the coronavirus pandemic.

This year’s Grammys will be the first since executive producer and showrunner Ken Ehrlich retired after 40 years. Ben Winston will fill his shoes.

Along with the news of her six Grammy nominations, Taylor fans had even more excitement when they learned the singer would be releasing a concert film titled ‘Folklore: The Long Pond Studio Sessions’ at midnight on Disney +.
