TAS, Taylor Swift’s rights management company, is counter-suing Utah’s “Evermore” theme park, claiming the park used Swift’s music without a proper license, Rolling Stone reports.

News of the TAS lawsuit comes three weeks after the theme park lawsuit, which claims Swift infringed Evermore’s trademark by releasing an album of the same name in December.

“We are protecting our brands. We have built brands not only to build a park, but also to make books, to start making games, to start making albums,” said Ken Bretschneider, CEO of the theme park. Evermore.

According to Rolling Stone, the TAS complaint alleges that the theme park used three songs by Taylor Swift without proper licenses and ignored posts from performing rights group BMI about it.

Further, the TAS lawsuit alleges that Bretschneider only contacted BMI after learning that the TAS lawsuit was imminent and that he attempted to apply for a retroactive license, the Rolling Stone report states.
