- Ummmm, it turns out that Tayshia Adams’ 4 new contestants were actually in quarantine at La Quinta even before Clare Crawley started filming.
- Bachelorette the producers kept them on set ~ just in case ~.
Another day another completely deranged twist from our friends at The bachelorette! This week, Tayshia Adams officially began her ~ love journey ~ after Clare Crawley got engaged to Dale Moss – and the show drew four new contestants: Montel, Noah, Peter and Spencer.
But this is where it gets weird. According to Entertainment tonight, these four guys were actually part of Clare Crawley’s original fleet of suitors. As in, they arrived at La Quinta Resort & Club with everyone, were tested with everyone, and quarantined with everyone.
The difference is that while most of the contestants filmed with Clare – Montel, Noah, Peter and Spencer were still stranded in quarantine “just in case” they were needed later in the season. Which one, I guess they were!
“These were guys who were sort of in the hopper and ready to go, and walked in and then quarantined,” said Rob Mills, ABC executive. AND. “There are a lot of guys who don’t do the show for various reasons or we have already met during the casting, and these four men seemed perfect for Tayshia.”
Honestly, as odd as this situation is, the thought of being trapped in a posh resort in Palm Springs while getting free room service on ABC’s penny sounds pretty cool.
