She pleaded guilty to a careless endangering misdemeanor last week.

Smith 's video pushing Jordan Holgerson, 16, of the Moulton Falls Bridge last summer became viral. The video shows Jordan screaming and screaming as she plunges about sixty feet into the East Fork Lewis River.

The fall broke Jordan's four ribs and damaged a lung. The doctors said the fall could have been fatal.

After Wednesday's hearing, Smith burst into tears when a sheriff's deputy patched her in handcuffs and escorted her to the outside of the courthouse.
