In a statement, Fiscus said she “asked Homeland Security for a subpoena because Amazon refused to disclose the details of the account that ordered the muzzle which was delivered to my office on July 3, 2021.”
“We have now learned that a second Amazon account has been created in my name using what appears to be a temporary phone, possibly in Washington state. I asked Homeland Security for the report. not drafted so that I can investigate further and await their response, “the statement from Fiscus read.
On August 7, 2021, the results of an Amazon subpoena showed two different accounts in Fiscus’ name, according to the TDOSHS report.
The first account was an account the former vaccine manager had given permission for TDOSHS to view during his interview with her. The second account was the account on which the muzzle was purchased.
According to the report, the American Express card listed as the payment method on the first Amazon account matched exactly the number of the American Express card used to purchase the muzzle on the second Amazon account. The American Express account was in the name of Michelle D. Fiscus, according to the report.
“Based on information provided to us by Amazon via a subpoena and information derived from interviews, there is no evidence that the dog’s muzzle was intended to threaten Dr. Fiscus,” concluded TDOSHS in its report.
“The results of this investigation indicate that purchases made on the two Amazon accounts were charged to the same American Express credit card in the name of Dr. Michelle D. Fiscus. At present, there appears to be no threat to them. Dr. Fiscus associated with receiving the dog’s muzzle. ” says the report.
