Today, Tesla has sent retailers an email detailing details of the announcement of new options that can be ordered in the US and available next month.
All the details should be available in the next hour, but here's what we know so far:
- Customers can now order Model 3 at $ 35,000 with a standard interior and standard battery pack for a top speed of 130 km / h and acceleration from 0 to 60 seconds at 5.6 seconds.
- Tesla also manufactures a new 'premium partial interior' offering better seats than the standard cockpit, with a different 'standard range plus' battery for a premium of $ 2,000.
- The Model 3 Standard Range Plus offers a range of 240 km, a top speed of 140 mph and a 0 to 60 mph acceleration of only 5.3 seconds.
These two options significantly reduce the price of model 3:
Tesla says deliveries begin in the next 2 to 4 weeks, depending on configuration.
The "full" cockpit, which includes leather seats and electric seats, is not available with the new standard battery pack option.
