Elon Musk wears many hats, but it looks like Twitter customer support is no longer one of them. The company hires remote support staff to, in addition to other tasks, handle complaints that people tweet at it.

Some of the job responsibilities of Tesla’s energy support specialists include resolving or redirecting grievances as needed and “handling CEO-directed social media escalations with critical thinking.” The company abandoned its public relations department last year, and support specialists are now “the front line and face of the Tesla brand,” according to a job listing.
