Elk Musk's Tesla is preparing to launch its leasing products for Model 3, the Electrek information website said Tuesday, citing an email sent to employees.
The email indicated that employees would be able to rent a model 3 in the next two weeks, Electrek said, citing sources familiar with the matter.
The email does not say when consumers could rent the sedan.
Tesla has confirmed to Electrek that she is preparing the model 3 rental program, but the dates given in the e-mail are not final.
Tesla was not immediately available for comment.
