Tesla Suspension Update Helps S and X Models Drive High Speed

[ad_1]

The latest software (2019.28.3.1) provides adjustments to the adaptive suspension system using "damping algorithms" to better handle speeds above 160 km / h (100 mph), as indicated by ELECTrek.

This means that this feature will not be of much use for drivers in the United States, who are stuck at a maximum speed allowed up to 85 mph. It will, however, be useful for drivers in countries like Germany, where some roads have no speed limit.

The problem is that this software will only be available for S and X model cars manufactured in recent months, due to recent changes in the construction of the air suspension.

The functionality can be adjusted by going to Controls> Suspension.
