Cambodian Railways finally opened the railroad at the Thai border after a 45-year run. The transport minister said that the North West Bodhisatta train ran to Phnom Penh on April 4. July, but Thailand and Cambodia will find an agreement for rail at the border soon
. The Asian Development Bank donated $ 13 million in 2009 to revitalize the railroad. This will help shorten the distance and promote Thai-Cambodian trade.
