เมื่อถามว่าเนื่องจากตอนนี้เมืองไทยนำเข้าแรงงานผ่านเอ็มโอยู ซึ่งรู้แน่ชัดว่าใ รเป็นนายจ้าง พอมีกระแสข่าวนี้ออกมาทำให้นายจ้างกังวลว่าจะต้องเป็นคนรับผิดชอบค่าทำประกันภัยด้วยหรือไม่ นายอนุรักษ์ กล่าวว่า ไม่มีใครบังคับ เรื่องการประกันภัย เป็นสิทธิของผู้เอาประกัน หากสมัครใจทำก็ทำ และได้รับการคุ้มครอง ถ้าไม่ทำก็ไม่มีสิทธิอะไร หากเกิดเรื่องอะไรขึ้นมาก็รับผิดชอบตัวเอง เพราะฉะนั้นแรงงานต้องเป็นคนรับผิดชอบค่าประกันภัยเอง ทั้ง นี้เป็นการหยิบยกของทางเมียนมา ส่วนประเทศอื่นๆ ยังไม่ได้คุย แต่คิดว่าน่าจะมีแนวคิดคล้ายๆ กัน อย่างไรก็ตามคงไม่ได้จะหยิบยกมาเป็นเรื่องที่ต้องหารือร่วม 3 สัญชาติ

ครูสาวร้องกองปราบ หลังถูก ผอ.โรงเรียนลวนลาม-เลิกจ้างไม่เป็นธรรม
นางสาวภัทรพร กลิ่นภิรมย์ อดีตครูอนุบาล โรงเรียนเอกชนแห่งหนึ่ง ย่านมีนบุรี เข้าแจ้งความกับ นักงานสอบสวนกองปราบปราม กรณีถูกผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนเอกชนแห่งหนึ่งย่านมีนบุรี ที่ตนเองเคยเป็นครูสอนอยู่ ลวนลาม คุกคามทางเพศ และเลิกจ้างไม่เป็นธรรม ด้านนางสาวภัทรพร เปิดเผยว่า ตนได้เข้ามาเป็นครูประจำชั้นนักเรียนอนุบาล 2 และอนุบาล 3 อยู่ที่โรงเรียนดังกล่าวตั้งแต่ปี 2556 และถูกคุกคามในช่วงระหว่างปี 2558 ถึง 2560 ซึ่งผู้อำนวยการคนดังกล่าว ส่งคลิปลามาอนาจารมาใ นไลน์ส่วนตัว และชอบชักชวนครูสาว ๆ ออกไปรับประทานอาหารหลังจากเลิกงาน โดยอ้างว่าไปพูดคุยเพื่อมอบหมายงานสำคัญ หรือ พูดคุยเพื่อปรับทัศนคติ ซึ่งได้กระทำการลวนลามตนเอง จากนั้นก็ได้แสดงพฤติกรรมไปในเขิงชู้สาวมาโดยตลอด แต่ตนเองก็พยายามหลีกเลี่ยง เพราะไม่อยากมีปัญหากับผู้บังคับบัญชา
ต่อมาเมื่อวันที่ 22 มิ.ย. 2561 ที่ผ่านมา ผู้อำนวยการคนดังกล่าว ได้ออกหนังสือเลิกจ้าง ไล่ตนเองออกจากงาน โดยไม่มีเหตุอันควร และเลิกจ้างโดยไม่บอกล่วงหน้าก่อน 60 วัน อีกทั้งยังไม่ได้จ่ายเงินชดเชยใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น ตามกฎหมายแรงงาน วันนี้ตนเองจึงมาแจ้งความเพื่อปกป้องศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นครู และความเป็นลูกผู้หญิงของตนเอง ที่ไม่เคยมีเรื่องเสื้อมเสียตลอดการมีอาชีพเป็นครูมี 17 ปี อีกทั้งผู้อำน วยการคนดังกล่าวยังกระทำกับครูสาวรายอื่นอีกหลายคน ที่ต้องทนทุกข์กับพฤติกรรมดังกล่าว ไม่กล้าเอาเรื่อง เพราะกลัวตกงาน โดยวันนี้ได้นำหลักฐานเป็นสำเนาข้อความ รูปภาพ และคลิปที่ผู้อำนวยการคนดังกล่าวเคยส่งให้ตนเอง รวมถึงหนังสือเลิกจ้างงานที่ให้เหตุผลอย่างไม่เป็นธรรมมาด้วย
