[ad_1]

Warning: Based on the box office, the whole world has seen Avengers: End of the game this weekend, but if you have not, click on one of our other beautiful stories because the most confusing SPOILERS is contained!

In the most exhausting weekend of pop culture, Avengers: End of the game generated the emotional weight we had predicted and expected for years. Avengers: End of the game was presented as a climax; a definitive conclusion from the story of The Infinity Saga that we have been following since 2008. This purpose meant that no one, at least none of the original six Avengers, was safe and we had invested so much of time with these characters, the potential for tears was high.

Avengers: End of the game I did not disappoint on this front and the only challenge that the infinite has to make you live is more powerful than the infinite. With this in mind, here are the 25 most moving moments of Avengers: End of the game.

Hawkeye teaching archery to his daughter

Hawkeye loses his family

We saw a lot of people dying at the end of Avengers: war in the infinitebut there was a set of dead saved for the very beginning of Avengers: End of the game. This decisive film left you little time to adjust before you hurt the emotional heart of Hawkeye who was losing his family (as I had predicted, from elsewhere). Under house arrest, Clint Barton was spending time with his family teaching archery to his daughter, unaware of the war raging in Wakanda. Then, suddenly, his wife and children have all disappeared and his entire world with them.

Tony records a message for Pepper

Message for pepper

This moment was partially shown in the first trailer of Avengers: End of the game, but that did not dispel its emotional impact in the film. Tony Stark, far from home, without hope of rescue and with a near-death clock, uses a little of his remaining time to send a message to his only true love, Pepper Potts. Their relationship is the longest in the MCU and Pepper was the only person who could turn Tony Stark from playboy into a husband. His sweet and loving message at the moment is proof of that.

Rocket and nebula holding hands

Rocket and nebula, holding hands

The decimation was particularly devastating for the Guardians, who had already lost Gamora and were reduced to Rocket Raccoon and Nebula. Rocket was left alone on Earth, surrounded by strangers, with no way of knowing if his adoptive family had disappeared or if he had disappeared with half of the rest of the universe. And it was especially sad for Nebula, who has longed for love and the acceptance of losing her sister and friends. So when Captain Marvel brings Nebula back to Earth, the reunion between her and Rocket, where they hold hands, was beautiful and touching.

Tony Stark in Avengers: Endgame

Tony's Breakdown

We heard that Captain America: Civil War should be part of any preparation to re-watch MCU before End of Game, and this moment clearly shows why. The flaw formed in this film was deep and lasting. When Tony is saved from space and returns to the Avengers HQ, he breaks down and blames Cape for not being there when he needs him. Tony Stark suffers, he is unable to handle his grief and struggles to try to blame what happened. It's hard to watch, but it sounds good for these characters after the events of Civil war.

Thor after killing Thanos

The stones are gone

When he wants to bring Thanos to his retired garden planet, Cape says he does not know what he will do if it does not work. So that's not the case. The Avengers easily submit Thanos, but it reveals that it has reduced the Infinity Stones atoms to atoms to prevent the temptation to use them again. Thor is finally going for the head, but it does not matter. Thanos has won again. This moment is, for the moment, the total loss of hope, with the slightest stifled glow due to Thanos and its inevitable character and leaving the heroes upset for five years.

The support group

The support group

At HBO Leftovers, characters are struggling to move on, to find hope in mourning the loss of 2% of the world's population. In End of Game50% of all life has been extinguished and we see how the survivors are emotionally ruined. Here, co-director Joe Russo cameos as a man who lost his partner to the scrap. It tells how difficult it is to start living again and open up to love after tore it up. It's sad, but also hopeful because he says he's going to another date.

Black Widow getting ripped at Avengers HQ

Black widow, tearful

I think it's safe to say that the original six Avengers have kept the best for the end of their performances, and this is especially true for Scarlett Johansson. After the jump in time, Black Widow continues to work, trying to keep the world safe because that's all she can do and it looks like she thinks she owes it to everyone. It is a solitary position and we see this fatigue on his face. And when Rhodey tells him what Clint did, you can see and feel his grief and sorrow.

Tony Stark talks to Pepper Potts

"I like 3000"

As the public started to see Avengers: End of the game and expressing gratitude to the Marvel Studios, the Russo brothers and the Avengers themselves, one of the current refrains was "I love you 3000". These are the words Morgan, Tony Stark's daughter, tells him in the movie. In a sweet moment in Morgan's room, we see that Tony Stark, once the last person in the world who should be a father, has become a great man. This is the love we all hope to have in our lives, and this love feeds Tony's desire to keep the present in the rest of the film.

Scott Lang and his daughter Cassie

Scott finds Cassie Alive

When Scott Lang emerges from the quantum realm and enters a world different from the one he left, he sees monuments for all the people who died in an instant. It is a moment of terror and fear before him, hoping not to see the name of his daughter Cassie. It's like hearing a friend or family member complaining about an accident and fearing the worst. So when he knocks on the door and finds Cassie alive and much older than when he left her, a wave of relief invades her.

Hawkeye as Ronin

"Do not give me hope"

After a really cool sequence of Ronin killing a bunch of people, Natasha finally finds him. She sees what the loss of her family has caused her and he tells her that she should not be there, almost embarrassed and not wanting her to see it that way. When she tells him that he has a chance to cancel it, he responds with the devastating "Do not give me hope." It's heartbreaking to see how much he has lost so much that he does not even want to think about getting it back, because the pain will be far too great if it does not work.

Tony and Steve reconciling

Tony and Cape reconciling

It is bad to have to choose your side and to see two people with whom you care to fight. So when Tony goes to the Avengers' HQ to offer his services, the wounds of the past begin to heal. Tony says he does not want to be resentful and he returns the shield of Steve Rogers. They reconcile to finally end their civil war and progress as friends and teammates as they were always supposed to be. It's incredibly comforting to see these two pillars of the MCU together, not only fighting the same foes, but also being part of the same team.

Raccoon rocket

Rocket talks about his family

Rocket Raccoon is quietly one of the most tragic characters in the MCU, and we see it again in Avengers: End of the game. When he is on a mission to get the stone of reality from Asgard, Rocket has to take Thor out of his discomfort, and to do that, the sweet bunny walks away from his rugged exterior to talk about his family, the Guardians, the how they left and how much it means for him to recover. The family you choose is just as important to the family you were born in, and hearing all that the Guardians represent for Rocket is very moving.

Frigga in Thor: The Dark World

Thor and Frigga

Leave to Avengers: End of the game somehow do Thor: The World of Darkness, considered by many to be the worst MCU film, has a lot more meaning for the character after the fact. At this point, Thor lost Loki, Odin, Frigga and half of his people, probably more than any other Avenger. It is therefore extremely moving to be able to see her mother Frigga again and finally be able to say goodbye. His maternal wisdom helps him find a way to go, to become what he is and what he is supposed to be, not what is dictated by heritage and title.

Howard and Tony Stark in Iron Man 2

Tony talks to his father

All the best superheroes have problems with dad, and this adage is true for Tony Stark. The genie's relationship with his father has always been complicated, and it's only after Howard's departure that Tony can understand him, appreciate what he has given, and forgive his mistakes. When Tony and Steve return in the 70s and Tony sees his father again, he is able to have the kind of conversation with his father that he had never been able to before. Tony ends up giving Howard some wisdom and basically tells his father that he likes him.

Peggy's bonnet compass with photo

Steve is watching Peggy Carter

Duty has always had to come before Steve Rogers' love and personal happiness. It's just who he is, but sometimes it's harder than others. That's what happens when Steve is in Peggy Carter's office. She is right there, the love of her life is two steps away, and all that separates them, that is glass. And yet, he can not go to her and his desire is palpable. It's incredibly sad, because it seems to him, and us at that moment, that it's as close as ever.

Black widow and hawkeye

The death of the black widow

Before End of Game, smart money was about to die for Tony or Cape, and with his own solo movie, Black Widow was not an obvious candidate. But the Soul Stone requires the ultimate prize, which provoked one of the most moving moments of the film. Natasha, the torchbearer for the Avengers, willing to do whatever was necessary, and Clint, the broken man, wanting his death to mean something, fought for the right to die. We did not want to win either, and when Black Widow threw the cliff and Hawkeye screams in pain, we feel his pain.

Nebula and war machine

Nebula And Rhodey

It was a fantastic film for Karen Gillan's nebula, because we could see even more how tragic she was as a character. In an amazing and moving moment with Rhodey, she told him that she was not always that way, lamenting the artificial improvements that had been imposed on her when she was not good enough. Rhodey, who now needs mechanical assistance because of his injuries, empathizes and tells him that they are working with what they've had. It is a beautiful kindness that has shown that it is not flesh and blood and bones that make human (or Luphomoid), but actions and choices.

Laura and Clint Barton in Avengers: Age of Ultron

Appeal of Laura Barton

After losing Black Widow, the Avengers needed this plan for his sacrifice to make sense. After making a glove, Bruce snaps his fingers and there is a moment of uncertainty. We then hear Clint Barton's phone and see that his wife Laura is calling. As he detects it, you can see that it allows hope to return, but it is associated with worry, fearing that this hope is still disappointed. The relief on Hawkeye's face when he takes it and hears his wife's voice is very moving.

Cape trying to lift Mjolnir

Cap is worthy

All emotional moments in this film are not sad; some fill your heart with happiness and make you pump your fist with excitement. In Avengers: the era of Ultron, we had the first idea that Steve Rogers was worthy to brandish Mjolnir, and in one of Avengers: End of the gameThe most pleasant moments, we discover it for sure. Thor's "I knew it" is an excellent reminder drowned by the cheers of the theater, then we see Cape, attacking Thanos with his shield and Mjolnir in a moment that arouses pure emotion: joy.

Iron Man, Cape and Thor walking towards Thanos

Meeting vigilantes!

The first 11 years of the MCU were designed for this film and the whole story of the comic has the impression of being built so far. After Cape Town is alone against Thanos and his horde, the cavalry comes into play. All the broken characters have entered the fight and this emotional moment sends serious chills down the spine. And when we end up hearing, after nearly two dozen movies, "Avengers Assemble!" While Cape Town stands with all the heroes of the MCU in an image drawn from a comic, the only tears shed are those of the joy.

Tony's photo with Peter Parker

Tony hugging Peter

Tony Stark has always been one of those who opts for honest jokes and jokes, like his protégé Peter Parker. But when Peter Parker bowed to Thanos, he wiped out Iron Man in the same way as Pepper's. Peter may have been the one who made Tony want children and the person who brought him to Time Heist. So when Peter is brought back and Tony gives him a real hug in the middle of the battle, showing him his love for him, it's one of the most comforting moments of the movie.

Gamora and Star-Lord

Star-Lord reviews Gamora

We all assumed that in a way, the victims of the crisis Avengers: war in the infinite would have returned to life in End of Game. But things were less certain for Gamora, who was killed before the shooting. And finally, the Gamora we know is always dead. But for Peter Quill, the simple fact of seeing her again, even if she did not know him, no more than the story and the love they shared, gave him hope that neither time, space nor death could not separate them. He had a knee ache for his problem, but now he is in love with her again.

The Tony Stark arc reactor

The death and funeral of Tony Stark

Tony Stark created MCU and is the character with whom we spend the most time. His death and funeral have therefore caused a lot of sniffing in the theater. From Peter Parker telling him that it would be nice for Pepper to let her know that everything would be fine for her and Morgan, it was hard to hold back her tears. Then, the film delivered a scene drawn from a cartoon, while all the characters of the MCU attended the funeral of the greatest protector of the Earth, who sacrificed himself to ensure the victory. It was of a haunting beauty and a painful end to the battle.

Falcon and Captain America

Bonnet passing his shield to Sam

We have long wondered what would happen once Steve Rogers, of Chris Evans, would hang up the shield and let him pass to Sam or Bucky as he did in the comics. The Winter Soldier was sent back to Sam and an old Cape passed his shield to Falcon, in which Cape saw the heart to carry it. It was an incredible display of trust and conviction, and although Falcon was grateful to him, there was also a bit of sadness, because using the shield meant that Steve would not do it anymore, which made the thing bitter-sweet.

Kissing bonnet Peggy Carter

Steve and Peggy have their dance

Even if Pandora's box groans, this ending opens, it can not be denied that it is thematically and emotionally perfect. Cape has always been a timeless man. He is able to find a goal, but not true happiness; not a real life in modern times. It is therefore a beautiful and moving end for him to find peace by returning to the past to live the life he missed and finally gather this essay of rain for a dance with Peggy Carter.

As long as this list is, it does not encompass everything yet, let us know the Avengers: End of the game This is the moment that most touched the heart in the comments below and check out our 2019 release schedule for all the movies that await you this summer.
