The aeronaut's trailer is looking for answers beyond the clouds

Amazon has finally let go The aeronauts trailer on the world, a bit like a hot air balloon to study the weather of our planet – which happens to be the plot of the film. You can see the trailer below!

The aeronauts star Eddie Redmayne (Jupiter Ascending) and Felicity Jones (Hell), who has already worked together on the famous biopic The theory of everything for which Jones was nominated for an Oscar and Redmayne won the Oscar, balloon pilot Amelia Wren and scientist James Glaisher who, in 1862, embarked on an extraordinary journey to discover the secrets of the sky. During the process, they flew higher in an open balloon than anyone before or since. They made breathtaking discoveries, but as they climbed to the highest peaks of the atmosphere, they were forced into an epic battle for survival.

The film is produced and directed by Tom Harper (War and peace), written by Jack Thorne (National Treasure) and will also be performed by Tom Courtenay (The golden compass), Anne Reid (Hot Fuzz), Rebecca Front (Dr. Thorne), Vincent Perez (Riviera), Tim McInnerny (Game of thrones), Phoebe Fox (Eye in the sky) and Himesh Patel (EastEnders)

The aeronauts will begin his theatrical tour on December 6th, before making his premiere on Amazon on December 20th.
