HOUSTON – The Astros’ game against the Los Angeles Angels on Thursday has been moved to Tuesday and will be played as a double due to Tropical Storm Laura.
The Astros were supposed to wrap up a four-game streak with the Angels on Thursday afternoon. Instead, they’ll play a double title starting at 4:05 p.m. ET on Tuesday. Laura could land on the Gulf Coast on Wednesday evening or early Thursday morning.
Wednesday’s game, which was scheduled to start at 9:10 p.m. ET, has been moved to 1:10 p.m. due to the impending storm.
Major League Baseball said other schedule changes are possible depending on the storm’s trajectory.
