NEW BRUNFELS, Texas – Items from Anthony Bourdain's art collection and other items will be on display at New Braunfels later this year.

  • Some of the money raised will create a purse
  • Exhibitions exhibited from 9 to 30 October
  • Bourdain died in June 2018

Bourdain's family is auctioning around 200 items, including a large quantity of works of art from Bourdain's private collection.

The money will go to her family, who says she will donate about 40% of the profits to a bourdain scholarship to the Culinary Institute of America.

As of October 2, the collection will be available online, but residents of central Texas will have the opportunity to see some items in person.

The items will be kept by only three auction houses in the country, including the auction house Lark Mason Associates in New Braunfels.

The exhibition is located at 210 W. Mill Street and will be presented from October 9 to 30.
