The Apple Card, made of physical titanium, comes with its own cleaning and maintenance instructions – seriously. Having just released their credit card in the US, Apple has released a support page for the Apple Card detailing its cleaning and maintenance.
In the end, the Apple card requires more precautions than the regular credit card stored in your wallet. In fact, Apple would prefer that its titanium card does not reside at all in your wallet, especially if it's leather, like most wallets.
Apple's titanium Apple Card is actually covered with a white material. Apparently, this material may be subject to staining and discoloration which, if untreated, may be irreversible. Again, this is a credit card.
