The ashes of 90's star Luke Perry were scattered on his farm in Dickson County, Tennessee, family sources told TMZ on Friday.

Perry purchased the 380-acre parcel of land in Vanleer in the 1990s and has lived there for more than 20 years.

Perry died March 4 from a stroke at a hospital in Burbank, California. The death certificate of the actor in question indicates that he was a victim of a stroke five days before his death.

TMZ reported that Perry's body was transported to Dickson, Tennessee, where his ashes had been spilled on Monday, March 11th.

At 52, he had a farm in Vanleer. Neighbors say the star would come to his farm to take a break from Los Angeles.

Perry was often seen buying food for his cattle in downtown Dickson or dining at Sisters restaurant.

The residents of the small town told FOX 17 News that they did not know the actor very well, but that they would miss seeing it.

Perry also gave back to the community during his stay in central Tennessee.

The actor is associated with the "Soles4Souls" non-profit organization in Nashville following the devastating floods of 2010.

On May 17, 2010, Perry helped Soles4Souls distribute water, shoes and food in the pouring rain.

"We have distributed more than one million bottles of water and Gatorade, as well as sandals, socks, food and clothing to people in need," said the Soles4Souls website. .

The organization shared photos of Perry on the day of his death earlier this month, mourning his loss.

"In memory of one of our favorite volunteers, Luke Perry," reads Instagram. "That he rests in peace."

Perry was best known for his role as Heartthrob Dylan Michael McKay in "Beverly Hills, 90210" and his recent fame with "Riverdale".
