The award for information on the disappearance of Dulce Alavez was raised to $ 35,000 as the search for the missing five-year-old girl entered her sixth day.
The New Jersey State Benevolent Association said in a tweet late Friday that it was bringing the prize to $ 30,000 in the hope that "someone will manifest".
"We need everyone's help to find this girl," said Patrick Colligan, president of the agency.
On Thursday, the FBI in Newark announced in a tweet that it was offering up to $ 5,000 for information to locate Dulce.
Dulce disappeared from City Park in Bridgeton, a southern state town on Monday afternoon. The authorities are looking for a man, perhaps Hispanic, who would have driven the park to a red van with sliding door and tinted windows.
The van left the scene around 4:20 pm, according to an alert at the Amber Statewide.
At a press conference on Friday, Bridgeton Police Chief Michael Gaimari said the authorities had "no strong suspects at the moment". He added that the police had conducted more than 70 interviews.
Dulce's mother told the authorities that she had seen her daughter playing on the swings with her 3-year-old brother. The mother said that she was about 30 meters away in her car with an 8-year-old family member.
When the 3-year-old girl returned to the car without Dulce, the mother tried to find her but could not. She contacted authorities around 4:50 pm, police said in a press release earlier this week.
At least six other law enforcement agencies, including the FBI in Newark, are helping local authorities search for Dulce. In a tweet on Friday, the FBI asked people to stop spreading false rumors about this online case after information revealed that an arrest had been made.
The Cumberland County Attorney's Office said in an article published on Facebook Saturday that the circulation of false information "diverts our attention from all we can do to locate Dulce".
The last time she saw her, she wore a yellow shirt with a koala on the front, black and white pants and white sandals. She is described as being Hispanic, with black hair and is about 3 feet 5 inches tall.
The man wanted by the police is described as having a slim build, clear skin, no hair and acne. It is said that he measures between 5 and 6 inches and that he is wearing a black shirt, red trousers and orange sneakers, possibly nikes.
