The birthday display sign explodes the man's phone with his loyal

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) – A New Jersey man had to get a new phone number after being overwhelmed by the wishes of his birthday when his son posted a billboard asking people to check him out. 39; call.

The SunSentinel reports that Chris Ferry will not be 62 years old until Saturday. But already, he has received some 15,000 Facebook messages and phone calls from people who saw the sign along a highway in Linwood, New Jersey.

The sign carries Ferry's phone number, his photo and the words "WISH MY HAPPY DAD ANNIVERSARY".

Ferry's son, who is named after him, lives in Boynton Beach, Florida. He told WPBF that his brother Michael and he never thought the sign would be so successful.

The old Ferry took a selfie in front of the billboard, but he is looking forward to the day he will fall.
