Woodstock 50, celebrating 50 years of the iconic festival, will be held in Watkins Glen, New York from August 16-19. The artists announced to perform at the festival include Killers, Dead & Company, JAY-Z, Chance rapper, Black Keys, Santana and many others. Now, the Black Keys have announced that they will have to withdraw from the festival.
"Due to a scheduling conflict, the Black Keys will unfortunately have to cancel their set in Woodstock," reads the release of the blues rock duo publicist. "The band wants to inform fans as soon as possible and before the tickets go on sale." Tickets for Woodstock 50 are expected to go on sale April 22; a replacement has not been announced yet. The Black Keys recently shared their first new music in five years and announced a tour with Modest Mouse. Their last album, Become blue, was published in 2014.
