The Blue Jays acquire Patrick Kivlehan

The Blue Jays have acquired outfielder Patrick Kivlehan pirates, by a club announcement. The return of the operation is not known, but it is probably a typical cash payment.

Kivlehan has been on pace in each of MLB's last three campaigns but has not yet received a call in 2019. He is a .208 / .302 / .401 hitter in 242 high-level matches.

This move helps the Jays complete their senior ranks. Kivlehan takes advantage of the opening that has just been created by the promotion of Jonathan Davis. The Bucs had the opposite scenario, with JB Shuck to be back at Triple-A Indianapolis.
