The Broncos sign 10 free college agents

ENGLEWOOD, Colorado – The Broncos have hired 10 free agents on their team, the team said on Tuesday.

Denver, Arizona State's offensive lineman, Quinn Bailey, East Central's wide receiver, Trinity Benson, linebacker Joe Dineen, Wyoming's tight player, Austin Fort, Samford's defensive lineman, Ahmad Gooden, the Florida Tech wide receiver, Romell Warrior, Georgia West backhand, Devontae Jackson, defensive lineman Jaylen Johnson, Tulane offensive lineman John Leglue and Arkansas offensive lineman Brian Wallace.

In 14 of the last 15 seasons, at least one free university agent has left Denver's active camp training lineup. Last season, running back Phillip Lindsay and linebacker Alexander Johnson formed the team's lineup.

Lindsay and Johnson are two of the 22 free rookies at the universities who have been training camp roster since 1997.

The Broncos are the only team since 2011 to have signed three free agents who participated in the Pro Bowl with their original team. Lindsay (2018), cornerback Chris Harris Jr. (2014-18) and midfielder C.J. Anderson (2014) each had at least one Pro Bowl season with the Broncos.
