NEW CANAAN –

Jennifer Dulos's five children will stay with her mother as the police continue her search for missing New Canaan's mother.

The New Canaan police told News 12 that she had heard dozens of people since their Tuesday's request for video surveillance to help her in this case, but she did not say whether these images had provided clues to locate Dulos.

The lawyers representing Dulos, his mother Gloria Farber, her ex-husband Fotis Dulos and the children appeared for a status conference in Stamford on Wednesday.

Children aged 8 to 13 stay at their maternal grandmother's in New York since Jennifer Dulos disappeared on May 24th.

Farber sought custody of his grandchildren and a judge asked Farber's lawyer Wednesday to arrange a hearing for his application to be heard.

The designated lawyer for the children said in court that he had met them on Tuesday and that they were safe and well taken care of.

The father of the children, Fotis Dulos, remains in prison with a deposit of 500 000 dollars. He is charged with the disappearance of his ex-wife. Authorities say that he was filmed throwing objects dipped in his blood.

The judge ordered that he have no contact with his children until the court decides otherwise.
State soldiers packed Wednesday the parking lot of the New Canaan Police Department, while investigators were working on a case that drew the country's attention.

Jennifer Dulos was having a bitter two-year divorce with her ex-husband.

Fotis Dulos and his girlfriend Michelle Troconis are both facing charges of falsification or fabrication of evidence and obstruction of prosecution. The prosecutor says more charges are likely.

Both are expected for June 11th.
