Bob Davie, football coach at the University of New Mexico, was taken to an ambulance at the hospital after his team's match Saturday night in Albuquerque. Davie, 64, was supposed to have chest pains, Newspaper reports, in which the director of sports said "seems to be a serious medical incident." His family has since issued a statement that Davie "is doing well and recovering well," according to CBS. The source of the problem was not announced and the family requested confidentiality.

On several occasions during the meeting – that New Mexico defeated 39 to 31 over Sam Houston's state – Davie held his hands to his waist and chest. He knelt for a moment. Davie, who has already coached at Notre Dame, is in his eighth season as New Mexico's head coach. (Read more about college football stories.)
