Google announced this week during the IO that an Incognito mode was coming soon. Google Maps.
Incognito mode is one of the most advanced features of the Chrome browser. It allows users to browse the web without their movements being saved in the search history. With Google Maps, we assume that it will act the same way, allowing people to make trips without storing them in their timeline.
As our phones become the primary means of Internet access, we thought it was important to create Incognito mode for our most popular apps. It's available on YouTube and soon on Maps and Search.
