The community reacts to the alleged killer

As the sun rises and the residents of Washburn gather the elements of last night's press conference in Mandan, many are shocked.

The Mandan police chief, Jasón Ziegler, released the name of the man accused of the quadruple homicide perpetrated at RJR Maintenance and Management.

Ziegler says Chad Isaak, 44, was arrested last night and faces four counts of murder.

Isaak's neighbors in a mobile home community in Washburn are amazed by the news.

The people we spoke to said that Isaak was always alone with his dog and that he kept it for himself.

A high school classmate of Isaak said, when she had heard Ziegler name the suspect at the conference, that she was incredulous. She remembers Isaak as a hetero A student who feared nothing.
