The Complete Pokémon TCG: Cosmic Eclipse Part 3 Art Trainer Cards

[ad_1]

Interest in Pokémon TCG is booming right now, and that leads to removing new and old products from the shelves as soon as they arrive. While many seek to invest in these cards for financial reasons, the heart of the hobby is, has been, and always will be about the Pokémon themselves and the work of art. Back to one of the best Pokémon TCG all-time sets: Cosmic eclipse. Cosmic eclipse, which was published on November 1, 2019, closed on Sun Moon era as the last pre-Galar set. It contained some of the finest cards ever, including secret rare character cards featuring Pokémon with their trainers, which could be drawn in place of the reverse holo. Let’s take a look at the awesome Full Art Trainer Supporter cards featured in this Pokémon TCG the expansion, which includes some of the most coveted maps of the set.

  • Supporter Red & Blue Tag Team Trainer: This Full Art card is admittedly not one of my stylistically favorite, probably because of Blue’s possessed spyglass, but let it be said, other Pokémon TCG collectors seem to love it. It might be nostalgia, as these two are the game’s original rivals and are, of course, the main inspiration for Ash Ketchum and Gary Oak.
  • Support coaches of the Roller Skater Tag team: This is not a specific character from the games, but rather a class of trainer, like Lass or Bug Catcher. Roller Skater is for me the best Full Art of the set because of the artistic style as well as the dynamic and colorful background which reminds me a bit of what we see in the current era of Pokémon TCG with Full Art V cards.
  • Rosa Trainer Supporter: Now here we have the most valuable Full Art Trainer Supporter of the set and the second most valuable card overall with Rosa. She is the protagonist of Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 and, curiously, this appearance in Cosmic eclipse with the standard version of this card is its only appearance in the TCG.

Next, our spotlight on the Pokémon TCG: Cosmic Eclipse Full art cards continue.
