Finally, an official countdown appeared in Fortnite for the Unvaulting event. Players are now within 24 hours of voting their favorite weapon or item to return.
Epic Games is excited for Loot Lake Season 8. We had helicopters, audio files and excavation sites throughout the season.
Now we are almost at the peak of the event. An official countdown has appeared in the game for Unvaulting! Set your timers!

We have been waiting for some time for a kind of stopwatch game for the Unvaulting event. The leaks already indicated the start time of the event earlier in the week.
Epic Games has now given players a countdown in-game for the event. You can find the floating timer above the Loot Lake safe.

The official departure time for the Unvaulting event is 3:00 pm EST on Saturday, May 4th.
Players will be able to choose one of six items from Fortnite's history to return to the game. The selections that will be available are:
- Tactical SMG
- Drum Gun
- blade of infinity
- Hurricane Wing X4
- Jump mat
- The grappler
From past leaks, it was revealed that players would be teleported to an "in-between" somewhere somewhere in the middle of the Fortnite and Rift dimensions. That's where we will vote on our favorites.
Now, we do not want to influence the vote, but we all know that Stormwind and Infinity wings are forbidden, right? I'm joking of course. Vote for what you think is the best choice for modern Fortnite.
