Wow. I have to love it when you see things that you have never seen before. I mean, I’ve seen bases loaded with double play before this, but not like this. It wasn’t ALL Javy Báez that made the Pirates completely lose their minds, but it was pretty much what just happened.
With the bases loaded and an exit, and the Diamondbacks threatening to regain the lead, Adam Morgan had Kole Calhoun crush one on one. Throwing at home, Anthony Rizzo brought Calhoun down to the ground (?), Then instead of getting up and running first, Calhoun… stayed on the ground (?)… And was easily thrown at the start a lot later:

Subsequent reruns showed Calhoun fell on the pitch, but he just never got up to run? If yes, why? What was he doing? What was he thinking? Was it El Mago’s magic from a distance somehow?
