The online record of the New York Federal Court, where he will appear on March 21, indicates that he will offer a plea instead of proceeding to the pre-trial conference originally scheduled.

It is unclear what accusations Sayoc will plead. He faces crime charges related to threats and bombs sent to the Democratic personalities in October, as well as the assault of a federal officer.
