TORONTO – Yankees manager Aaron Boone wanted to make sure the words were not in his mouth when asked if it was possible to bring Aaron Judge back in time for the Yankees-Red Sox series at London at the end of the month.

The judge left the match of April 20 with a tense left diagonal.
According to Boone, Troy Tulowitzki pauses during his training sessions in Tampa and is home to Las Vegas.
"We give him a few days off to try to overcome this bump," Boone said of the short stop that has played five games and is on the list of injured since April 4 with a tense left calf.
The Dellin Betances battled the batters for the first time in almost three months, giving 20 minor league shots in a simulated match on Wednesday.
Betances has not played in a match since March 17, his fourth and last appearance at the spring training, due to a right shoulder conflict.
"It was good," Betances told The Associated Press. "Nice to face the batters. It's been a long time. Glad to be there again and not feeling what I felt last time. I think it's positive.
Betances is waiting to start a session after a few days, then face the batters again.
Giancarlo Stanton, who has been absent since March 31, progressed to an extended training match in the spring and was one in five. Stanton did not leave the batting area under any circumstances. He had nine appearances at the plate during a simulated match on Tuesday.
Stanton had initially contracted his left biceps, then his left shoulder. He played in a match for Single-A Tampa on May 20 and was asked to rest because of the tightness of his left calf.
