CNN – When the trailer for "Sonic the Hedgehog" was released earlier this week, it immediately triggered an Internet scale odontophobia case. Although no one can reimagine a beloved childhood character without critics, CGI Sonic's Sonic-looking human-looking teeth and proportions are really scary.
Now, Jeff Fowler, director of the movie, says the team is reshaping the character in light of all the returns.

Fowler ended his tweet with the clever tag "#gottafixitfast".
CNN has contacted Paramount to confirm this announcement.
Among the many jokes following the release of the trailer, some artists made fun of new designs that they said best represented the caricature proportions of Sonic of origin and his thirsty velocity eyes.
Now the question is whether Paramount Animation can redo a movie in a few months. "Sonic the Hedgehog" should be released in theaters on November 8, which seems very far. But CGI animation is a difficult job. In Fowler's words, it seems like they'll have to fix the problem quickly.
