Authorities claim that the director of an Oklahoma Arby's restaurant was accused of firing at a client, who allegedly threatened to kill her. According to the records of the Tulsa County Prison, Deionna Young, 25, is held without bail on Tuesday for first degree murder. Records does not mention representative Young's lawyer, arrested Monday. Shane Tuell said that Young had informed police on Saturday that a customer driving himself had cursed her and spat on her. She asked him to leave. "He promised to come back and hurt her and, about an hour later, he came back," police said in a statement. According to Tuell, the customer, 25-year-old Desean Tallent, came back later but drove away. Young followed him in his own vehicle. The police declared "the two vehicles braking and playing cat and mouse" before Young shot at Tallent. Young then returned to work and Tallent crashed into a Walmart. He died later in a hospital. Police said that Young had confessed to shooting and that she had to show the detectives "where she threw the rifle pieces". A spokesman for Arby said the franchise owner was cooperating with the authorities. According to Tulsa World, Young does not have a firearms license.
