The Dodgers scored their 22nd round of the season in a 7-2 win against the Rockies

The Dodgers' antics party is another day. For the ninth consecutive game, the boys in blue hit a circuit to get their 22nd game of the season. Saturday's homerun is offered by right-wing defenseman Alex Verdugo, who earned his second goal of the year.

The game started on the defensive. The Dodgers ended each of the first three runs with a double play. The Rockies also went into a double game in the second when they fell quietly in the first and third.

Each team is on the board in the fourth inning.

Dodgers third baseman Justin Turner reached first base after being hit by another pitch. He seems to be a baseball magnet. Cody Bellinger followed with a double and A. J. Pollock would send Turner home with a line in the middle of the field that would send Bellinger to third. Muncy made a sacrifice to finish Bellinger's course around bases to allow the Dodgers to rise 2-0.

David Dahl responded in the second half of the heat with a solo home run to put the score at 2-1. It's the only race the Rockies would score on right-handed pitcher Walker Buehler. Buehler has improved since his first participation in 2019, allowing only one draw on three hits in Denver, thus winning his first win of the season.

The Dodgers' offensive was also marked by more significant actions in the sixth and seventh innings, with a Bellinger triple and the aforementioned Verdugo bomb.

The pen looked pretty solid, holding the Rockies in a four – run race. Pedro Baez followed Buehler with a scoreless run, thus preserving the 4-1 Dodgers' lead. Yimi Garcia scored a seventh inning 1-2-3, but allowed the leading hitter to reach the goal before being replaced by Caleb Ferguson. Ferguson would throw four balls before being shot. Dylan Floro entered the game with two runners in base and left a goal with a Dahl single. Kenley Jansen recorded the last game of the round.

We have a little fun in the ninth when the Dodgers score on two points in the ninth to strengthen their lead. Colorado was threatening to make a comeback in the ninth but failed with Jansen on the mound. Jansen scored four saves on his first return to Coors Field since he had an irregular heartbeat that resulted in surgery.

Player of the game

Alex Verdugo had an excellent match with 2 points out of 4 with two points and two RBIs. He also hit the only home run of the Dodgers night and made his first career triplet.
