The Elder Scrolls 6 setting maybe teased

The Elder Scrolls 6 the release date may be several years away, but it looks like Bethesda Game Studios has just teased the game’s setting likely on PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC. As the next installment of Ancient scrolls The series was announced in 2018, we actually don’t know anything about the game. However, on Twitter and through the series’ official account, Bethesda may have hinted at where the next game might take players.

The post, which wishes its followers a Happy New Year, is apparently innocent enough, but it comes with a map of Skyrim and the caption “Transcribing the Past and Mapping the Future.” Again, at surface level there doesn’t appear to be much, but there are some weird lights on the map as well. One of those lights is on Solitude, the capital of Skyrim. The second appears slightly off the map, suggesting that its location is irrelevant. However, the third is located in the neighboring region, Hammerfell.

As you may be aware, the current speculation – partly fueled by rumors and leaks – is that the next match, at least partly, will take place at Hammerfell, which makes this seemingly random placement of the lights actually a bit suspect. .

For now, take everything here with a big grain of salt, as this is all speculation. However, on Reddit fans have pointed out the aforementioned observations and how the combination of legend, map, lights, and locations involved is, to say the least, interesting and suspicious.

At the time of publication, Bethesda has not commented on any of these speculations in any capacity. If it’s a real tease, then there’s no way it will change. However, if this is all baseless speculation, there is a chance Bethesda will crush it. If so, we’ll be sure to update the story.
