So unless Marvel Studios is waiting for the last minute to start negotiations with her or that Brown really can not lie to the fans, it does not seem likely.
With the name of Millie Bobby Brown, another actor related to movies The eternals is Rogue One: A Star Wars Story Supporting actor and renowned action star Donnie Yen. Interestingly, Kevin Feige addressed these two rumors without confirming or denying them in an interview with Comicbook.com:

"I can not comment on that. It would be great to be part of a movie of superheroes. I would love it so much.
