Emma was cycling near her home in southwestern Detroit on Monday, when the dogs escaped from the neighbor's yard and attacked her, the resort reported.
A week earlier, his father, Armando Hernandez, had quarreled with the owner of the dogs to improve dog fencing, said Emma's aunt Claudia Stapleton at the chain of TV.
