A father from the state of Washington was arrested over the weekend for allegedly punishing his windsurfing technique with his 7-year-old daughter, according to documents likely cause the police.

Lakewood Police arrived Sunday at a local convenience store. A woman told them that her boyfriend had surfed in the water.

She told the police that she was living with her boyfriend in the apartment where the abuse was allegedly committed, according to documents cited by KIRO-TV in Seattle.

The woman said her boyfriend "violently spanked" her daughter with a belt after lying and responding to her, the report said. The woman reportedly told the police that the girl was shouting "murderous murder".

According to the documents, he used a bottle of water to pour water on the girl's face, causing the child to vomit, cry and breathe. The woman estimated that the man had poured water on her daughter for 15 to 20 seconds while shouting, "I can not breathe," says the report.

The woman, believing that none of them was safe, took the girl to a local shop where she called the police, investigators said. The girl recounted the punishment inflicted on her father and doctors found bruises on her buttocks, the police said.

When the police discovered that the father was going to the store, he was intercepted, KIRO-TV reported. Police said he had admitted to spanking his daughter and practicing the technique of windsurfing, but had stopped after shouting, "I do not want to die," according to the report .

The man was arrested and incarcerated at Pierce County Jail on charges of assaulting children. His identity has not been unveiled. The girl's mother would have taken custody of the child.
