Microsoft has already confirmed this Office 2021 will be launch on October 5, in the same way Windows 11, but now we know more about its new features and, most importantly, how much it will cost you.

Office 2021 will be a standalone version for businesses and people who do not wish to deal with a Microsoft 365 subscription. There will be two levels, including the $ 150 Office Home and Student 2021, which will include the usual software suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. Microsoft Teams will also be part of the package for PC and Mac users.

If you’re on the business side, the $ 250 Office Home and Small Business 2021 includes everything mentioned above, as well as the Outlook mail suite for PC and Mac and the rights to use Office applications for your business.

The new Office 2021 will have a more modern design designed to match the softer, rounded aesthetic of Windows 11. There’s even a darned ribbon interface, as well as a more neutral color palette.
