Everyone liked their project. Each choice was a perfect marriage of value and need. The rich got rich, but so did the poor. Everyone has trained intelligent, tough and high-minded leaders who love football. Or immature perspectives that have matured. Wash, rinse, repeat.
Come back in three years for a much more realistic version of the 2019 project. In the meantime, Professor Serby has agreed to give his notes too soon. There is no F or D because too many people worked too much for several months:

Key newcomers: WR N'Keal Harry, QB Jarrett Stidham
Analysis: An extremely competitive and reliable target for Tom Brady (Harry), an elegant cornerback (Joejuan Williams), a long-haired blond, Mike Vrabel (LB Chase Winovitch) … and an apparent potential heir. QB of the future (Stidham). Bill Belichick writes the best Patriot available.
Eagles
Quality: A +
Key newcomers: OT Andre Dillard, RB Miles Sanders
Analysis: GM Howie Roseman beat the Texans for Dillard, the best goaltender in the draft and the likely replacement for next season's 37-year-old Jason Peters. Sanders is not Saquon Barkley, but he averaged 6.0 yards per run at Penn State. WR J.J. Arcega-Whiteside (80-inch span) will be another big target of the red zone for Carson Wentz. Quarterback Clayton Thorson is lucky to be the new Nick Foles.
Redskins
Quality: A +
Key newcomers: QB Dwayne Haskins, OLB Sweatshirt, WR Terry McLaurin
Analysis: A franchise quarterback (Haskins) and arguably the second best running back (Sweat) – fallen because of an ill-diagnosed heart – to replace Preston Smith after his return in round 1. McLaurin may be the deep threat that Josh Docston was supposed to be and a shooter on special teams. RB Bryce Love threatens Derrius Guice after Guice has recovered from a torn ACL.
jaguars
Quality: A +
Key newcomers: OLB Josh Allen, Jawaan Taylor
Tom Coughlin knows better than anyone that you can never have enough smugglers. He was lucky to reach Allen in 7th place. Taylor lost in the second round with a scalded knee, but RT head coach Doug Marrone is thirsty. RB Ryquell Armstead is an insurance in case Leonard Fournette does not recover.
Texans
Quality: A
Key newcomers: OT Tytus Howard, BC Lonnie Johnson
Analysis: Deshaun Watson was fired 62 times last year. General Manager Brian Gaine has therefore imported Howard, a fast player who can also play inside, and OT Max Scharping. Johnson is a 6-2, 213-pound corner that fills the gap left by Kareem Jackson and Kevin Johnson's starts. Johnathan Joseph is 35 years old.
49ers
Quality: A
Key newcomers: DE Nick Bosa, Deebo Samuel WR, Jalen Hurd
Analysis: Bosa will be a double-digit sacker in front of Dee Ford. President Trump liked the choice. Samuel, physically hard and competitive, replaces Pierre Garcon. Hurd is a former board player who will play a 6 to 5 failure role for Kyle Shanahan.
Colts
Quality: A
Key newcomers: CB Rock Ya-Sin, WR Parris Campbell
Analysis: General Manager Chris Ballard is good. He traded in the first round and added a brutal corner kick with the top (Ya-Sin), a pass with a speed of 4.62 (Ben Banogu) to assist Justin Houston and a powerful receiver ( Campbell) who offers Andrew Luck a quality alternative. TY Hilton circuit breaker.

Chargers
Quality: A
Key newcomers: DT Jerry Tillery, FS Nasir Adderley
Analysis: Tillery is an imposing inner presence and Adderley offers Anthony Lynn a talented sidekick for Derwin James and a perfect complement.
dolphins
Quality: A
Key newcomers: QB Josh Rosen, DL Christian Wilkins
Analysis: General Manager Chris Grier has had to yield only the 62nd choice and a fifth for Rosen, who will beat Ryan Fitzpatrick and start his audition in 2019. What a steal. Wilkins is a baller and a positive presence in the locker room that consolidates the horrific defense of the race after Ndamukong Suh. OL Michael Deiter is an interior chef.

Key newcomers: DT Ed Oliver, OL Cody Ford
Analysis: Oliver, who reminds me of former Viking John Randle, is a dynamic three-technique technique that replaces Kyle Williams. The evil Ford is a 329-pound bodyguard for quarterback Josh Allen, who is RT's top designer. RB Devin Singletary could announce the end of LeSean McCoy.
panthers
Quality: A
Key newcomers: OLB Brian Burns, OT Greg Little
Analysis: Burns is long and athletic and fills the void left by the retirement of Julius Peppers, as long as he can maintain his weight at around 250 pounds. Little will immediately compete at LT. QB Will Grier will save Cam Newton.
Browns
Quality: A
Key newcomers: CB Greedy Williams, ILB Mack Wilson
Analysis: No first-round pick … but Odell Beckham Jr. will do very well instead, thanks, Dave Gettleman. Williams, tall and long, will not attack much, but he can cover the opposite of Denzel Ward. Wilson was a fifth-round robbery.

Broncos
Quality: A
Key newcomers: TE Noah Fant, QB Drew Lock
Analysis: It was the best of times and the worst of times for Joe Flacco. He was gifted as a mismatch weapon in Fant, but then saw John Elway's draft Lock in the second round as his QB of the future. The versatile OL Dalton Risner could be in the middle.
Jets
Quality: A-
Key newcomers: DT Quinnen Williams, OLB Jachai Polite
Analysis: Williams is what Dewayne Robertson was supposed to be, and if anyone can motivate the immature Polite, imagine that it's about Gregg Williams. If it can, the Jets themselves have a peak threat. The sporty OL Chuma Edoga is only 6-3 years old, but he has long arms and luggage. Beaten to C Connor McGovern by Cowboys. Blocking TE Trevon Wesco is helping Le'Veon Bell.

Key newcomers: WR Marquise Brown, WR Miles Boykin
Analysis: Help for Lamar Jackson: Brown will be Jackson's Desean Jackson and Boykin is a 6-4, 220-pounder with a speed of 4.42. OLB Jaylon Ferguson calls himself "Sack Daddy", and the boy was defensive coordinator Wink Martindale, desperate after the departure of Terrell Suggs and Za'Darius Smith. RB Justice Hill is a home hitter.
Steelers
Quality: A-
Key newcomers: LB Devin Bush, WR Diontae Johnson
Analysis: It cost a second and a third, but Bush is Ryan Shazier's ideal replacement. Johnson will not replace Antonio Brown, but he can also contribute as a return player. CB Justin Layne is an emergent corner 6-2 for a high school where three corners will be free agents in 2020.
The Vikings
Quality: A-
Key newcomers: C / G Garrett Bradbury and TE Irv Smith
Analysis: Bradbury is a strategist who could start at the center and improve the current game with Dalvin Cook. Smith gives Kirk Cousins a versatile threat in the middle of the field.
Raiders
Quality: A-
Key newcomers: DE Clelin Ferrell, RB Josh Jacobs, S Johnathan Abram
Analysis: Ferrell was considered a target, but I trust General Manager Mike Mayock. Josh Jacobs is a 220-pound back three back that replaces Marshawn Lynch, and Abram is the kind of soundman that would have liked Al Davis. Same thing with WR Hunter Renfrow.
Titans
Quality: A-
Key newcomers: DT Jeffery Simmons, WR A.J. Brown
Analysis: Simmons (torn ACL, aggression charge in high school) is one of the top five talents. Brown is a 226-pound YAC machine that takes heat from Corey Davis and will be a boon to Marcus Mariota.

Quality: B +
Key newcomers: ILB Devin White, BC Sean Bunting
Analysis: White replaces Kwon Alexander and brings his leadership and attitude as a new defense quarterback. A pair of Day 2 bends and security strengthens the league's 25th-ranked defense against Drew Brees, Matt Ryan and Cam Newton in the division. But who will replace DT Gerald McCoy? Punter Matt Gay with the 145th choice?
the Lions
Quality: B +
Key newcomers: TE T.J. Hockenson, S Will Harris
Analysis: Hockenson will make Matthew Stafford a better quarterback and Kerryon Johnson a better half-ball in a two-team lineup with Jesse James. Harris is an attacker and leader who replaces Glover Quin.
cardinals
Quality: B +
Key newcomers: QB Kyler Murray, BC Byron Murphy
Analysis: Murray will have to watch television and put seats in the seats. Kliff Kingsbury and he are interested in making beautiful music together after their owner has removed Rosen's file. Murphy could be the long-lost answer to the gold book for Patrick Peterson. WR Andy Isabella is a faster Danny Amendola. WR Hakeem Butler is a 6-5 target who can learn with Larry Fitzgerald.
packers
Quality: B
Key newcomers: DL Rashan Gary, Darnell Savage S
Analysis: Gary is a boom or bust maniac who can provide an inner rush and Savage is a compact, versatile and impacted playmaker for coordinator Mike Pettine. The athletic Olympian Elgton Jenkins can play anywhere on the line and can start immediately on guard.
Seahawks
Quality: B
Key newcomers: L.J. Collier, WR D.K. Metcalf
Analysis: Life after Doug Baldwin. Collier is a DE power to replace Frank Clark. Musclebound Metcalf at the bottom of turn 2 will be dangerous down the field and in the red zone and will be useful in the current game. Safety Marquise Blair has been ejected three times for targeting Utah and therefore matches the Legion of Boom profile. According to Pro Football Focus, Cody Barton missed just seven tackles last season.
rams
Quality: B
Key newcomers: Taylor Rapp, RB Darrell Henderson
Analysis: The general manager Les Snead was traded in the first round. Rapp is the apparent heir to Eric Weddle. Henderson is a home threat and insurance for Todd Gurley and his problem knee. Bobby Evans is an attacker who could replace the LT Andrew Whitworth next season.
falcons
Quality: B
Key newcomers: G Chris Lindstrom, T Kaleb McGary
Analysis: Toughness was needed ahead of Matt Ryan, who was sacked 42 times last season. CB Developmental Kendall Sheffield was the fastest player in the repechage.
giants
Quality: B-
Key newcomers: QB Daniel Jones, DT Dexter Lawrence, BC Deandre Baker
Analysis: David Cutcliffe gave Dave Gettleman an A + for selecting Jones with the sixth pick, but he's on an island. Phil Simms says let's wait. Lawrence was the best Molly Hog available, and the comeback in the first round against Baker was without a doubt the best corner, one of the many needs in defense. Oshane Ximines is not Josh Allen, who should have been the choice of number 6, but he promised to rush. Instinctive CB Julian Love is a nickel.
Cowboys
Quality: B-
Key newcomers: DT Trysten Hill, Connor McGovern C / G
Analysis: No choice of first round (Amari Cooper). Hill can provide a thumbs up and McGovern is an insurance for the Travis Frederick Center (autoimmune disease).
Bengals
Quality: B-
Key newcomers: T / G Jonah Williams, Quarterback Ryan Finley
Analysis: Past Dwayne Haskins and Drew Lock for stud Williams. Finley, in the fourth round, is the next quarter of the future coach Zac Taylor. Blocking TE Drew Sample was a second-round surprise. Lost on Devin Bush, LB Germaine Pratt fills this need.
The Chiefs
Quality: C
Key newcomers: WR / KR Mecole Hardman, S. Juan Thornhill
Analysis: No choice of first round. Hardman is a burner, but it's not Tyreek Hill. Which is a good thing. Defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo will love a chess piece like Thornhill. DT development Khalen Saunders is 6-0, 324 pounds and makes a U-turn.
saints
Quality: C
Key newcomers: Erik McCoy, S Chauncey Gardner-Johnson
Analysis: No choice of first round. The smart move in the second round for McCoy, who could replace Max Unger as a starter. CGJ is a Swiss army knife.
Bear
Quality: C
Key newcomers: RB David Montgomery, WR Riley Ridley
Analysis: No choice of first or second round. Montgomery replaces Jordan Howard, is elusive with a contact balance and a better reception option for Mitchell Trubisky. Ridley is known for his career.
