HBO's Theranos documentary was finally aired and you bet people have ideas.
The inventor: looking for blood in Silicon Valley It was always going to be a scary watch, but what is particularly shocking is the details of how Elizabeth Holmes managed to trick enough rich people into millions of dollars for technology that did not work.
Holmes, who imitated Steve Jobs, even wore a black turtleneck. At least one person dressed for the occasion.
There was no question of how Holmes and who she was as a person had helped her to enter the investor room.
The privilege of whites is when an investor gives you millions of dollars because your great-grandfather was an entrepreneur and your uncle was a doctor. You must be natural in these areas. # L & # 39; inventor pic.twitter.com/c7Td5QaomS

Honestly, the biggest delivery that I have of @HBODocs # L & # 39; inventor is that Elizabeth Holmes was a manual beneficiary of the privilege of whites. No minority with the same lack of references and concrete results could have gone as far as it did.

It's interesting to watch # L & # 39; inventor & the #FyreFestival docs to see how easy it is for some people to collect millions of dollars from investors without proving anything yet. POC is struggling to make sure that an investor meeting shows a concept that already works.

Black turtleneck with blue eyes, blue eyes, not flashing, wearing a blonde white woman in need of a deep conditioner:

There were also claims that Holmes simulated a serious voice in public, for whatever reason.
Elizabeth Holmes … her serious fake voice for Gravitas is a lot … # L & # 39; inventor

We have four minutes #Theranos doc on HBO and I can not help but laugh at the deep voice of Elizabeth Holmes
This story is absolutely fascinating and absurd. # L & # 39; inventor

two seconds in the documentary theranos and chris howls it's his real voice that speaks

Also, can you imagine how exhausting it is to keep a fake voice 24/7? # L & # 39; inventor

In the end, however, most of the reactions come back to the same thing: shock and outrage that people are willing to give Holmes so much money.
This documentary is frightening because the same people who get fooled by investing money in this fake enterprise are the ones who control our economy. Invest our hard earned money without checking under the hood. # L & # 39; inventor #Theranos
