All infants were 3 months or older – the age at which most babies learn to roll.
CPSC recommends that any family with one of these products stop using it if their child has the age when he can turn around.
"CPSC and Fisher-Price remind consumers to create a safe sleep environment for infants, whether you're using a cradle, cradle, playground, or recliner bed: never add blankets, pillows, toys upholstered or other items in the environment and always place infants sleeping on their backs ".
To report a product-related injury, go to saferproducts.gov or call 800-638-2772.
