The former American actor Mark Walton arrested for the third time this year

Mark Walton, a former football player at the University of Miami, who now plays for the Cincinnati Bengals, was arrested for the third time in less than three months.

The 21-year-old NFL player went Thursday to face charges of possession of a concealed weapon, possession of marijuana and careless driving following a high speed car chase that It's been produced in the night of 12 North of Miami-Dade.

According to court documents, Miami-Dade officers tried to stop at Walton's rented BMW because it was running at full speed. The car stopped abruptly in the courtyard of a house on Block 2300 on 86th Street NW.

Police searched the car and found 14 grams of marijuana, a 9mm rifle and several fully loaded tongs, the police said. The records show that the rifle had been legally purchased by the half-officer. At the time of the lawsuit, Walton was already facing two previous criminal cases in his hometown.

On February 16, Miami police told Walton that Walton had picked up a neighbor 's phone in the building at his Brickell condo during a dispute with a neighbor in a garage. He was charged with battery for minor misdemeanor during the fight that followed.

The attacking midfielder is also awaiting trial for an arrest for possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor, in January.

Walton was drafted in the fourth round last year by the Bengals after a promising but injured career at UM. In 2016, he had 1117 yards and 14 touchdowns. In Cincinnati, he was of limited service, rushing 14 times for just 34 yards.
