Kanye Westformer friend of G.O.O.D. music associate Malik Yusef is being sued for allegedly falsifying Ye's signature and won millions of dollars in the process.

Gentle Monster – a Korean fashion brand known for her glasses – says Yusef has cheated the company on $ 2.5 million by promising that Kanye would create a video for the company. GM said that Yusef even organized a meeting between Kanye and a brand representative, which gave the impression that Ye was in the game. Kanye would have no idea of the conclusion of any commercial agreement.

According to the lawsuit – obtained by TMZ – Kanye was not the only celebrity promised by Yusef … he also claimed that Pharrell, Jaden Smith and others would help with the project.

GM claims Yusef's scam was complex – spanning more than 9 months – and included fake Kanye signatures and false promises made to appear as if they had been sent by legitimate talent agencies.

The suit claims that GM became suspicious of Yusef's plan when he finally submitted a video in February 2019 that hardly reflected the brand's wishes. The end credits would have stated that Kanye and Pharrell had written and produced the music.

Gentle Monster released the project – touting Kanye's commitment – and to the horror of the brand, Kim Kardashian tweeted her husband has nothing to do with it … get GM to shoot the video.

This is not the first time Yusef uses Kanye's name for his personal benefit … it was in February when he would have forged Kanye's signature for an agreement to be performed at the Philipp Plein show at the NYFW. The performance never took place and Yusef earned a ton of money, which he then returned.
